Bryn Tindall, CEO
A well-known leader and innovator in the area of relationship sales
and marketing, Bryn brings a unique blend of sales, technology and marketing
experience to RCG. He is founder and CEO of a successful group of technology
based marketing services companies, which include Connecticut’s
largest corporate networking organization Contact Advocate and e-marketing/CRM
leader Peer360.
Paul Butcher, President
Paul brings a depth of experience in relationship and partnership based
sales and marketing accumulated over 15 years in sales and marketing
management, most recently as President of sales consultants PWB Associates
and previously as a principal with partnership marketing firm Affinity
Partners. Paul’s prior clients have included many leading companies
including Pepsi, Health Net, Thomson and Time Inc. He has a practical
approach to helping a company understand, develop and make best use of
relationships and partnerships to drive sales.
Steve McLoughlin, COO
Steve has extensive experience creating successful traditional and interactive
marketing programs. By combining his background in strategic marketing
and 6 Sigma Quality Certification, he is able to help RCG’s clients
develop closed-loop, measurable processes to maximize the enterprise
relationship asset. Previously, Steve served with GE Commercial Finance
as Vice President, Marketing & E-business Communications, leading
projects to improve the effectiveness of high impact sales and marketing
initiatives.
Jennifer Tindall, Director of Human Resources / Corporate Counsel
Jennifer Tindall joined Horizon Marketing Group in 2007 as its Director of Human Resources and Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Horizon, Jennifer was an attorney in the Hartford office of Jackson Lewis, LP, a national law firm that specializes in workplace law. Jennifer also served as an in-house attorney at The Hartford where she was responsible for employment matters for the Property and Casualty business consisting of approximately 12,000 employees. Prior to moving to the Hartford area in 2001, Jennifer practiced employment law and commercial litigation at a full-service law firm in Tampa, Florida. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jennifer was a recruitment specialist in Boston responsible for placing information technology professionals.
Jennifer earned her B.A., cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College, and her J.D., magna cum laude from Florida State University.
